Introduction to Total Quality Management, Leadership, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Involvement, Continuous Process Improvement, Supplier Partnership, Performance Measures, The Seven Quality Tools, The Seven Management Tools, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Six Sigma Quality, ISO 9000 series & Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
