HUMAN SKILL DEVELOPMENT No matter where you are in an organization, you will be affected by your organization's human resources policy simply because you are a member of that organization. In this introductory course, we will cover how an organization deals with its people-how it acquires them, utilizes them, rewards them and separates them.
